The existing house undergoes a significant transformation in order to clarify its layout.

The proposal presents a straight-lined design that enhances the idea of an abstract shape. The façade overlooking the street is a flat and opaque surface, while the one towards the sea is a double loggia.

From the entrance on the first floor one can reach the private zone and descend to the public areas on the ground floor.
